Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industrial construction industry, strong and proactive leadership skills, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities will include but are not limited to -

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for projects on industrial sites
- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects in a timely manner
- Interview, hire, and schedule employees to meet operational needs
- Travel to project locations frequently to provide on-site leadership, resolve issues and ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall productivity
- Conduct regular meetings to communicate project objectives

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Projects, and Outlook
- Competent planning, organizational, coordination, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication Skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attentive to detail, action oriented, and results driven

-Possess a valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

- Must be able to pass a drug test

-Bi-Lingual capabilities is considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
